Neeresh Kumar Perla
I am a first-year Computer Science Ph.D. student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, advised by Ming Shao. My research lies at the intersection of machine learning and computer vision, focusing on advancing AI models and their applications.
Research Interests
- Transfer Learning – fine-tuning, domain adaptation, domain generalization.
- Self-Supervised Learning – contrastive learning, masked modeling.
- Vision-Language Models - reasoning, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning
- Diffusion Models – image generation and editing, AI agents.
